The following concepts are used in the Rules:ġ) a circular route - a train set of an established weight and length, consisting of wagons loaded with a homogeneous cargo by one consignor from one departure station to the address of one consignee with an assignment to one station and drawn up by one railway bill of consignment (hereinafter - the bill), with one hundred percent return of empty wagons from unloading to the original station of departure Ģ) delivery-cleaning of wagons - movement of wagons by a shunting locomotive:įrom station tracks - to places of loading, unloading (detraining), access roads The technical conditions for the placement and securing of cargo, the procedure and conditions for the transportation of liquid cargo in bulk, dangerous cargo, not provided for by these Rules, shall be established by international agreements (treaties) adopted within the framework of the Organization for Cooperation between Railways and the Railway Transport Council of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (hereinafter referred to as the CIS), Georgia, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania and the Republic of Estonia and other international agreements (treaties) to which the Republic of Kazakhstan is a party.Ĥ. Transportation of cargo by railway transport in international and transit traffic through the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.ģ. These Rules for transportation of cargo by railway transport (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) have been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated Decem“On Railway Transport” (hereinafter referred to as the Law) and shall determine the procedure for the transportation of cargo by railway transport in the Republic of Kazakhstan.Ģ. The Rules for transportation of cargo by railway transport Chapter 1. This order shall come into effect upon expiry ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication. The control over the execution of this order shall be assigned to the Supervising Vice Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.Ĥ.
AXWAY SECURE TRANSPORT 5.3.3 FILE ROUTING REGISTRATION
The Transport Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the manner prescribed by law shall:ġ) ensure state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ģ) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order, send a copy hereof both in Kazakh and Russian languages to the Republican State Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management "Republican Center of Legal Information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan ģ) ensure placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.ģ. To approve the Rules for transportation of cargo by railway transport in accordance with the Annex to this order.Ģ. In accordance with subparagraph 34-33) of paragraph 2 of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated Decem“On Railway Transport” I HEREBY ORDER:ġ.
